Location - Kanpur/Baroda/Vapi

Experience - 4-10 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- To meet company objectives, mentor and oversee a group of relationship managers.

- Oversee, cultivate, and strengthen the bond with Channels (Builder, DSA, Branches).

- In charge of reaching sales volume and team goals.

- Ensuring location and team productivity simultaneously

- Verify client satisfaction using NPS measurements

- Skillfully overseeing collaborative connections (such as credit, operations, legal, technical, etc.) to propel corporate results

- Oversee and guarantee adherence to all operational procedures.
