About Employer - One of the largest players in the category

Primary Function:

Works with seniors to execute sales strategies as per the company's laid down processes. Leading the team is one of the key roles of the incumbent. Expected to employ consultative selling methods to influence people across different departments be it infra/facilities/admin/purchase to generate Leads and later shortlist and display a focused approach in ensuring a win-win situation for the client and the company. Sales position for an outright winner, who has a good track record in achieving results. May exhibit an expert of product to end customer. At last, ensure imbibing Wipro principles in all actions.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing the Delhi & NCR market by focusing on Private, Industrial accounts and Govt. accounts and leading teams to succeed and win the deal in the B2B space

- Drive and develop business on key accounts given through focused effort and solution

- Responsible for closing orders with healthy margins and within approval limits for self and for the team

- Drive sales orders with good payment terms and regular follow-up on outstanding to keep them under control

- Focus on sales targets and participate in regular internal reviews and weekly progress assessment

- Ensure regular communication with external and internal teams across functions

- Participate in local events for brand promotion when required of

- Drive and generate business by establishing relationships with major influencers like Architects and Interior Designers

- Drive, maintain, and develop relations with key architects, PMCs, and Contractors

- Ensure effective mock-up presentations along with the team

Experience & skills:

- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Sales or Business Development in handling customers from IT, BFSI, Govt customers. Prior experience in handling products such as Furniture, Ceiling, Fire Doors, Carpets, Glass, Blinds, Hardware, Laminates or any other interior industry products used in Office spaces.

- Someone capable of generating leads, performing product presentations, having a good understanding of the inquiry process and Business scenario, order closure, and negotiation. Should be good relationship management, Team building, and Team management skills

- Should be able to make effective presentations to Senior Management, CXOs, and Architects

- Develop and motivate channel partners and ensure they play a critical part in the growth of the region.

- Is proficient in building inquiries Govt customers and closing deals

- Completely self-driven and able to work independently
