Job Description :
- Coordinate with Business Head to drive growth and achieve all targets
- Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new business from OEM customer base and optimize profit and in-crease revenues
- Design & implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market
- Administer entire sales process identify target customers, push sales and complete sale process to manage OEM sales
- Manage pricing, deal pricing other sales proposal activities
- Provide an interface with senior management and junior staff regarding value based product proposal and opti-mised OEM sales
- Participate in innovative projects to enhance sales proposal process.
- Identify new markets to widen market base for enhanced revenue and profit generation
- Collaborate with engineering / QC team to identify customer requirements for translating them to into product specifications
- Ensure completion of all commercial contracts with external agencies adhering to commercial terms and market conditions
- Experience in Adhesive industries will be added advantages
- Candidate should have good contacts with OEMs specially in automotive industries
- To achieve & maintain business at DSO - 30 days
- Team development.
- Hiring, training and efficiently driving sales team to deliver as per business requirement.
Qualification and Experience :
- Should be engineering graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
