Job Description - Reporting in to CEO, the incumbent will be responsible to:

- Achieve the set targets of profitability year on year and ensure optimum utilization of resources to achieve the set profitability

- Conduct frequent reviews of Budget, Target, Revenues, Resources and Inventory to implement suitable and timely actions

- Achieve sales target year on year, consistently achieve salon sales goals on daily, weekly, monthly basis

- Develop strategies to achieve target and monthly target reviews with the team

- Ensure smooth operations of all the salons by taking preventive and timely actions

- Offer, maintain and excel at the set standards of customer service at the salons

- Ensure quality control of all company output as pertains to customer

- Implement regular employee engagement plans with the help of other departments

- Provide a just and performance driven environment on the floor to increase and retain the good employees

- Establish and monitor performance reporting systems and take timely actions

The Successful Candidate - You have a MBA from reputed business school with minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience. Having an experience within Hospitality sector would be an added advantage. You are self motivated, self driven and passionate about hospitality and luxury industry
