The incumbent would report into the Regional Sales Manager for South and West and be responsible to:
- Driving the volume growth agenda for Tamil Nadu and Kerala
- Business planning, forecasting and delivery of short term & long terms objectives (volume/ revenue/ growth/ systems & processes) at geography
- Driving sales team efficiency through effective utilization of sales enablers and channel partners
- Guiding the team towards expansion of distribution footprint, while managing effective coverage of HORECA in the assigned geography through efficient distribution system
- Maintaining a robust and efficient Channel Partner network, through effective engagement and measures around healthy ROI management in line with defined business objectives/ processes
- Guiding the team to develop high level of engagement and strong working relationships with trade partners in order to deliver targeted volumes and market share
