Our client makes quality & tasty coffee varieties convenient and easily accessible to all. Some of their products include mint chocolate coffee, hazelnut coffee, sweetened creamer, coffee-related merchandise, etc. Their coffee varieties are manufactured with the advantages such as 100% natural, no added sugar, no artificial flavours and no added preservatives.
Their coffees are distributed through a variety of channels including their own website, e-commerce marketplaces, and to a variety of institutional clients like 5 star hotels etc.
As a Area Sales Manager- HoReCa, you will be responsible for exploring potential business avenues for achieving increased business growth in HORECA/Institutional Business.
What you will do:
- Delivering the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and in-store execution; and acquiring new food service accounts across the HORECA channel
- Mapping the requirement of HORECA business providing best products and services and achieving profitability growth
- Expanding company product business in HORECA segment
- Defining monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region
- Driving businesses via B2B sales
- Developing different HORECA channels
- Taking appointment of Stockiest/distributor & managing a team
- Maintaining relations with existing clients and creating new clients as well
- Collating data and preparing reports to track various parameters e.g. sales efficiency, sales achievement
- Working closely with Purchase, Production, Logistics, Costing, and Marketing Department to ensure the availability of the product
- Visiting key customer & representing the company product range
- Handling customer complaints at all levels
- Dealing with five star hotels, restaurant chain, bakery segment, airport, catering, embassy, hospitals, cinemas
- Being responsible for the assigned region(PAN India)
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HORECA channel sales
- Strong business orientation and acumen
- High interpersonal, communication and execution skills
