- Shall be responsible in developing & leading a team of BMs who in-turn handle RMs/BSMs
- Shall be responsible for building & managing the Secured Loans portfolio of the location.
- Must have experience of sourcing business from DSAs, Connectors & Open market.
- Must have exposure to handling large teams.
- Should drive new Initiatives to build the book
- Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.
- Achieving the Area targets.
- Manage both internal & external channel for business expansion & development
- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
