To achieve sales targets of specified sales area by implementing sales & marketing initiatives and ensuring optimum distribution and merchandising of products at stores through a team of TSMs and Sales Associates.
Domain: Personal Care / FMCG (General Trade)
- Min 4-5 years experience in GT sales of Personal care/FMCG products.
- Min 2 yrs of Bangalore territory exposure.
- Aggressive and has drive for results and turning around business.
- Plan for TSM/ SA requirement in the sales area as per coverage & sales plans & ensure new TSMs are inducted as per company policies.
- Set annual targets for TSMs/Sas basis trends/seasonality and ensure implementation on time.
- Market Coverage: Townwise coverage planning, outlets, stockists, potential etc.
- Ensure proper PJP, coverage plan, visit frequency to grow business.
- Monitor distribution, new outlet opening and repeat business from stores.
- Appointment of stockists in different territories to improve coverage.
- Negotiate with stockists for improving coverage and expansion of business.
- Evaluate financial health of stockist periodically.
- Understand competitor companies/brands in territory and develop action plans.
