Area Sales Manager - General Trade - Health & Wellness - FMCG

We have opportunity with Indian company as Area Sales Manager / Area Manager for Health & Wellness products.

Candidate should from FMCG Industry & MBA from good colleges only

Candidate should be currently working as Area Sales Manager & through understanding / knowledge in Telugu language is mandatory

Job Location - Any where in new Andhra Pradesh

Roles and responsibilities :

- Planning and achieving the sales and distribution targets in the region

- Developing new business plans in order to increase volume sales & brand penetration.

- People management, Inventory management and budget planning for the area

- Identifying gaps & growth opportunities in various markets

- Appointing distributors where there is a market gap and increase the penetration of the brand.

- Monitoring the financials and business models of distributors and resolving issues if any.

- Monitoring competition and supporting the sales team with price and promotions.

- Coordinating with supply chain and marketing team for stocks and other operations.

- Delivering top line sales numbers, achieving all time high volumes in almost all product categories

- Distributor management by ensuring optimal stocking levels and high billing efficiency for all distributors

- Administration responsibilities like claim processing and budget allocation - Understanding the team and motivating them to give their best.

- Planned marketing and sales strategy for new product launch with special attention to consumer attraction and branding.
