QUALIFICATIONS and WORK EXPERIENCE :
TENURE : 2-3 years + (for Tier 1 MBA colleges); 4+ years (others) from FMCG Only FMCG sales
Rankers : 5 to 20 yrs in Hardcore FMCG
Brief JD :
- Route to Market Optimization : Assessment of RTM, Managing 3rd party Organizations
- Builds Relationships, Assesses Needs through Questioning & Listening, Overcomes Objections,
- Leverages Resources for Execution.
- Lead, Monitor, Motivate and drive performance by leverage selling tools and incentive programmers as designed by the company
CTC : 18 to 25 Lacs depends upon the current CTC
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Proactive, result oriented, owns the work, takes initiatives on his own
- Excellent communication skills - should be able to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Conversant with local language/trade practices
