Designation : ASM General Trade Function : Sales Location : Jaipur, Mumbai Reporting To : Regional Sales Manager Role Objectives : - Achieve Sales, Distribution, Product visibility & Display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources &amp; infrastructure at the area level as per the parameters set by the company Key Responsibilities : - Anchoring achievement of Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR &amp; Year - Planning and Forecasting. - Ensuring targeted distribution &amp; display in area as per plan. - Execute trade marketing and sales capability initiatives thru field force. - Strengthen the Distribution network and manage the distributors productivity. - Ensuring sales hygiene by delivery of process KPI e.g. Bills cut, Desired Candidate Profile : - Proven experience in managing Sales and Distribution in India - Experience of working in an organization where Sales Automation and Analytics is matured - Experience in GT sales. - Team management experience Desired Experience Level &amp; Qualifications - MBA with 1-5 years of relevant work experience in reputed FMCG FMCG retail sales experience. Multinational Companies are preferable Premier Institute MBAs Mandatory.
