Ideal candidate will be an MBA from premier B-school with good experience of GT in FMCG / FMCD industries.

Preferred batch: 2010 /2011 / 2012 or Ranker will also with 5 to 8 yrs of experience in the FMCG sales

Brief JD :

- Route to Market Optimization : Assessment of RTM, Managing 3rd party Organizations

- Builds Relationships, Assesses Needs through Questioning & Listening, Overcomes Objections,

- Leverages Resources for Execution.

- Lead, Monitor, Motivate and drive performance by leverage selling tools and incentive programmes as designed by the company
