Job Title: Area Sales Manager - General Trade

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a sales strategy for the assigned region/territory.
2. Set and track sales targets for the team.
3. Monitor and report on sales performance.
4. Develop and maintain customer relationships.
5. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
6. Work with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
7 . Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the General Trade channel.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
