Area Sales Manager - General Trade - FMCG

We are looking for Area Sales Manager for Chandigarh with leading FMCG company.

KRA :

- Achieve or Exceed Volume, GP Target for the territory

- Achieve or Exceed Share, Distribution Target & freezer deployment & performance agenda for the territory.

- Develop & execute optimal coverage plan for territory

- Recruit, develop, engage & create a high performing team by consistent OTJ & formal coaching interventions.

- Maintain physical presence in the area to engage with lchannel Partners(DB)

- Embed Company Sales process & system in the market

- Lead forecasting process for territory

- Driving productivity in freezer and non freezer outlets; lead the freezer Governance agenda

Qualification : MBA full time
