1. To achieve volume and value objectives of the assigned geography within budget, time and policy parameters
2. To develop a suitable marketing and sales strategy and action plan to achieve market share and volume objectives of the business.
3. To lead a team of SOs and guide them so that they achieve the organizational objectives
4. To ensure distribution targets in terms of width and depth are maintained as per organizational guidelines
5. To drive distributer primary and secondary and ensure visibility of products in the market.
