Area Sales Manager - FMCG Startup

- Would be responsible to set up sales team, training and mentoring sales team and generate business through Retail Sales/Channel Sales, Fast Foods, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Big Shops and Modern Trade.

- Primary responsible for the training the sales personnel in selling skills

- Handling objections

- Product knowledge

- Formulate strategies for market penetration

- Appointment of additional distributors based on need to to improve the geographical distribution by way of bifurcation of the area.

- Devising Daily / Weekly Sales Reports

- Monitoring the sales team constantly and help them to overcome any challenges they face in the market from time to time.

- Incumbent should be preferably from Water Purifier sales experience or from small appliances or consumer products with 5 to 10 years of experience.
