Area Sales Manager (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai)

- Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts

- Introduce the company's profile and communicate the selection of products available

- Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections

- Provide market feedback to the Sales Manager regarding movement of goods / brands

- Ensure payment of receivables in a timely and diplomatic fashion

- Spot and Seize commercial opportunities. _____ %

- Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty

- Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately

- Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response of their inquiries and provide quotations accordingly

- Anticipate the client's needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs. _____ %

- Stay abreast of the market conditions and trends in the field pertinent to brands / products. _____ %

- Responsible for Training affiliate recruiters/ resellers

- Individual must have good command over his/her communication skills.

- Must have at least 2 to 4 years ofindustry related experience in sales andManagement.

- Must be open for travel many places to meet resellers, recruiters develop relationship with them

- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.

- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.

- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills

- Good communication and 'people skills'

- Confidence, motivation and determination

- The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team

- Good organizational andtime management skills

- The ability to deal with rejection

- Attention to detail

- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets

- Good business sense and a professional manner

- Responsible for maintaining excellent relationship with resellers
