Area Sales Manager - Standalone, A-class outlets

Job Description :
- The focus is on developing sales, promotion of company's product for MT/ Standalone/ A-class outlets.
- Plan & achieve primary / Secondary sales target for all brands and SKU's sold through outlets.
- Finding new clients ( STANDALONE OUTLETS - Nilgiris, The Big Markert, Village Hyper Market) & developing future prospects.
- Handling the distributor's and maintaining sales.
- Working with the marketing team in developing and implementing business.
- Analysis of competitor's product as well as their strategies.
- Regular discussion with the BSM & ASM to identify opportunities/ constraints for sales growth & competitor activity.
- Ensuring achievement of targeted MOM growth.
- Sending various tracking reports to BSM like DSR, MTD & YTD, FILL RATE, MBQ etc.
- Responsible for taking order and also for supply, payment and also for making new order.
Preferably knowledge of Malayalam (or Kannada)
