Area Sales Manager - Agra - with a leading MNC
1. Formulate strategies and action plans to ensure Primary, Secondary and collection happen as per the Annual Business Plan.
2. Formulate & implement distribution expansion & productivity plans.
3. Team management & development:
- Manage, develop, control and motivate the Field Force and Beauty Advisors to develop their skill to ensure monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Recruit new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies
- Provide Training to Field Force on market working.
4. Sales Operations :
- Conduct monthly sales review to evaluate team performance
- Reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis which is providing by the HO.
- Monitor sales on daily basis and track expenses to maintain cost within budget.
- Keeping track of approvals of extra discount & Window Display counter wise
- Keeping track of consumer / promotion schemes
- Allocation of stock requirement of distributors based on forecasts & norms.
- Ensure smooth monthly closing
- Ensure freshness of stocks at both CFA & Distributors
- Ensuring skewness of business on weekly basis (Primary & Secondary)
- Inventory management at both CFA & Distributor.
Based Location - Agra
Industry - FMCG / Pharma
Candidate must have experience or worked as a Management Trainee.
