The position is responsible for handling sales contribution from General Trade for an Area.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area
- People Management - Maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
- Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
- Driving LSP, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
- Managing Depot - ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issue.
- Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS handling
Desired Profile :
- Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level for atleast 1 years
Education Qualification: MBA Candidates from Premier B - Schools only.
