Job Role
- Lead and manage the entire Sales for the region.
- Strategies, Support and help execute BTL Activities Strategies Plan and Execute the distributor and Retailer network for the region and improve primary and secondary sales.
- Own and lead the growth agenda for the area.
- Analyse internal and external data to identify, create and execute growth plans through systematic planning, Leverages trade marketing inputs.
- Develop strong win,win partnerships with channel and trade partners, including creating joint business plans with a medium to long,term
- You will report to Zonal Sales Head in the region
Qualification : MBA from Premier B,School
