JOB ROLE :
- Responsible for Sales plan formulation & execution, planning & execution of Local Sales promotion activities and visibility initiatives
- To ensure that the CFA(s) are managed effectively. This entails regularity in supplies to all stockists, to ensure continuous availability and freshness of stock. To develop and provide leadership and motivation to sales team, help them in achieving their sales and distribution objectives.
- Achieving key volumes, market share & availability targets for given area.
- To ensure proper coverage of assigned area via distributors and frontline sales officers and assistance for ensuring the availability of fresh stock at the distributor as well as retailer’s end.
- To ensure visibility through proper display of merchandising material and through continuous field activities.
- Stock and Investment/working capital management at stockist level to improve their interest, satisfaction level and ROI.
- Analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies to achieve desired growth and profitability.
- Monitoring competitor activities and providing inputs to marketing team.
- To plan and successfully implement new product launch plans and trade promotions to strengthen the brands.
- To ensure that all budgets for the trade are efficiently and effectively utilised through prudent allocation and regular monitoring.
