Area Sales Manager - FMCG/Food Industry

- Manage business operations for Bangalore City, with a team of ASEs and SOs, handling around 10 nos manpower

- Handling Sales Turnover handling around 25 Cr PA.

- Achievement of volume/value targets by Month/QTR/Year for the total region with a sharp focus on specific markets and Brands/Categories

- Decide prioritization of resources, and cost benefit of the same.

- Achievement of Infra Targets for the Region (Manpower, Distribution Expansion, SS's Expansion, Direct Town additions, Schemes )

- Reporting to RSM .

Candidate Requirement : 

- MBA Full-time

- From Any FMCG Company preferred

- Only From Bangalore market working experience can apply

- No to relocation candidates
