Job description:
- Developing strategies to launch company’s products and build business in South.
- Creating sales in the southern states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
- Handling entire state having base in the respective capital city.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Training sales staff, allocating areas and sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Providing effective leadership and ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.
Job specification:
- An intrapreneurial mindset who has the competence and drive to create a brand from scratch
- Has in-depth knowledge of minimum one of the southern states.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as Area Sales Manager in FMCG industry (Food and Beverages)
- Qualification: A graduate in any of the streams, MBA/ PGDBM will be preferred.
