JOB DESCRIPTION : - Responsible for Validation &amp; Empanelment of Channel Partners - Responsible for conducting team huddles on a daily basis as per the process laid down. - Responsible for implementation and review of the goal sheet and completion of the sales target. - Accountable for acquisition and retention of Distributors and Retailers for achieving revenue targets as assigned by the organization through the sales team. - Develop and manage the relationship with key decision makers of anchor companies. - Explore new business opportunities from time to time. - Inter department liaising with various functions - Progcap program &amp; concept pitch to anchor, distributor &amp; retailer Business development and concept selling. - Responsible for Managing Distributors &amp; Retailers while sourcing quality revenue. - Must be from White Goods/ Consumer Durables / Fintech/ Small appliances/ FMEG Vertical / Mobile Industry - Travel frequency - 50 to 70% a month
