Urgent Opening in Kolkata with a leading FMCG Company for the position of ASM(Area Sales Manager) - East

Job Description:-

Primary & Secondary Sales

- Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve sales targets

- Closely monitoring BA channel, identifying gaps and working on it to improve off take

- Closely monitoring the impact of Cost on Sales and optimizing cost to improve profitability

- Supply Chain, Inventory management and three months forward sales forecasting for the depot

- Controlling C&FA (Depot) operations

- Coaching and Mentoring team such as to motivate them to focus on the desired target

- Monitoring competitor activities and strategies in the market

- Implement, review and fine-tune the marketing strategies to escalate business volumes based on regional market needs

- Use field data to identify gaps in territory and partner with marketing team to develop area plans to drive shares

- Design and implement local sales promotion schemes

- Planning, execution, and monitoring adequate GTM Models

- Should be Tier 1 Passout (MBA/PGDM)

- Minimum 2.6 - 3 years of experience in FMCG Sales.

- Must have metro working experience
