Job Scope:
Deliver Sales & Collections targets for pre assigned area through a team of Sales Executives, Beauty Advisors & Distributors and develop highly motivated team through leading by example, high touch approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Primary/Sec and collection must happen as per the targets.
2. Make & implement distribution expansion & productivity plans.
3. Provide Training to Field Force on market working.
4. Reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis which is providing by the HO.
5. Monitor sales on daily basis.
6. Ensure inventory hygiene to minimize damages at CFA & Distributors & at trade level.
7. Constantly working towards increasing distribution and market share
8. Keeping track of consumer / promotion schemes
9. Allocation of stock requirement of distributors based on forecasts & norms.
10. Ensure smooth monthly closing
11. BA efficiency and cost sales ratio to be maintained.
12. 90% of BA outlet to be profitable in respective regions
13. Market visit and ensure that everything has to be happen as per the company norms.
14. Provide data on Competitor activity
15. Regular meeting of Field force, Beauty advisors.
Mandatory: The candidate should have extensively worked Thane & surrounding districts for Mass brands
Additional Responsibility:
1. To ensure company code of ethics is strictly implemented across internal & external partners like distributor
2. Achieve Sales target per BA counter & MT Stores
3. To ensure field staffs are motivated and manpower productivity is increased
