Responsibility: - Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area - Delivering Sales Volume Primary and Secondary target assigned to the Area - Meeting Infrastructure targets - Meeting Distribution expansion targets. - People Management - Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners - Handling a team of Sales Officers (on roll) and driving the towards sales objectives - Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance. - Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches. - Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level. - Managing Depot - ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues. - Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same.
