- Develop and manage the Jumbotail distribution networks to deliver the customer (brand) KPIs

- Set the target for the team and execute the strategic roadmap to deliver the same

- Build market intelligence and feedback mechanism to improve performance in market

- Monitoring sales team performance, analyse sales data, forecast for next month
