Job Description -
- Meeting the Sales and Distribution targets in line with annual business plan for WT category.
- Responsible for market share goals for the territory for WT category.
- Responsible for aggressive channel expansion and development for WT category.
- Responsible for Channel deliverables, P & L and market share goals set out for the territory.
- Implementation of field marketing activities in the designated area.
- Credit control, receivables management as per the commercial policies
- Leading and grooming the team of distributor sales person & the team of sales trainee.
- Keeping track of competition and provide critical inputs to the division on market happenings.
- Area Sales Manager oversees and responsible for day to day coaching and providing leadership to the field staff.
- Analyse sales statistics gathered from market to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
- Monitor customer requirements and response.
