We are seeking a Area Sales Manager for a FMCG role based in FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives for the assigned area.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team within the designated area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and availability in the market.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and market trends.
Qualifications and Requirements:
