Area Sales Manager - FMCG

Sales & Marketing Management :

- Strategising long term as well as short term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organisational objective

- Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clients.

Channel/Distribution Management :

- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach

- Evaluating performance of distributor's sales and direct sales activities, for promotion planning as well as training the Channel Partners and their executives

Team Management & Development :

- Mentoring, motivating and guiding team members for ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures and activity ratio on monthly basis

- Training to subordinates for develop requisite skills, conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills

- Handling Team of on-role employees.
