Summary of the position :
- Responsible for Delivering and maximizing alcobev Sales, Distribution, Profitability, Product visibility & display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the territory level and parameters by the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREA:
- Building the entire city operations.
- Hiring a field team & managing them to drive business.
- Creating tracking mechanisms to derive maximum efficiency out of the sales team and guide them on the best practices and way ahead.
- Acquiring different types of retail outlets and generating business from them.
- Key account management with high ticket Modern Trade Chains.
- Finalizing right mix of distributors to meet geographical sales demand with periodical review on brand performance.
- Developing joint plans with distributors to ensure appropriate investment budget for enhancing brand growth and the return on investment for mutual benefits.
- Coordination with operations team to ensure fill rates and In-stocks are maintained.
- Meeting overall Sales target for the city.
- Develop Sales promotion plans for delivering sales volumes.
- Analyze sales outlet performance at regular intervals to initiate corrective action.
- Develop month wise forecast for city sales.
- Build positive and impacting relationship with all channel partners within the framework of company policies.
- Execute policies on market returns and arrange for appropriate disposal of damaged and expired stocks.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in FMCG sales with minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Education: MBA (Marketing)/PGDM in Any Specialization
- Should be well versed with the required market and has significant experience in retail sales in the given area.
- Strong distributor management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data
- Language s/he must know: Regional, English and Hindi
