Area Sales Manager - FMCG (Mysore based ONLY)
Position: Area Sales Manager, FMCG Sales (B2B) based out in Mysore
Responsibilities:- Manage 5-6 distributors.
- Drive sales initiatives with assigned distributors.
- Lead onboarding for new distributors on our platform.
- Build and mentor a team of sales agents.
- Oversee smooth operations from distributor to retail outlets.
- Supervise business growth managers (BGMs) and sales agents.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of FMCG experience in the respective location is a must.
- For Mysore - Mysore, Hassan, Madikeri and Mandaya- Strong network and relationships with the distributors, SS ( Super stockist) and Rural Sub- stockist
- Experience with Fleet on Street (FOS) or sales agents.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong operations management skills.
Must have:
- Work experience in the above-mentioned location.
- Familiarity with the FMCG General Trade (GT) market work knowledge and experience.
- Fluent in local language (Kannada preferrably)
