Role & responsibilities:
- To lead a team of Sales Officer & Sales Executive across the territory
- Ensuring Sales & Distribution as per Business plan by building Sales &Development network in the assigned area. Achieve planned volumes through effective distribution for various brands/products, product availability & visibility.
- Design and execute field marketing activities around the products with a view to increase adoption and depth including programs to create product awareness
- Expansion of retail coverage to increase the market share.
- Merchandising and visibility of company's products.
- Implement and track performance of schemes for trade partners
- Oversee distribution of product, to ensure availability across the region.
- Formulate and establish "efficient and effective" distribution infrastructure to achieve agreed levels of services and ensure implementation to meet specified channel needs
Desired Skills:
- General Trade/ Retail Sales
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- In depth knowledge of Market segments,
Qualification:
- MBA with 5-8 years exp in handling General Trade from good FMCG/OTC industry and presently working as Area Manager is a must.
- Age within 32 years.
