Roles & Responsibilities -
1. Manage sales operations for the State/States/Assigned Territory across MT, GT, C&C and newly emerging Hyperlocal Channels
2. Manage & grow MT & GT channel sales
3. Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across MT & GT Channels
4. Manage Regional & National MT A/C business in the assigned territory
5. Inventory Planning & Stock management at Distributor Points to ensure 100% fill rate to retailers
6. Distributor Claim Management & Processing
7. Extend operational support to & manage business from Hyperlocal emerging A/Cs like Swiggy/Zomato/Zepto etc. for the state/states
8. Team Management - Manage team of SO/Sales Exec./Merchandisers/Promoters
9. New Business Development
10. Manage, plan & execute Trade promotions/schemes
11. Sales forecasting
Preferred Qualification:-
1. 5 - 10 years overall FMCG sales experience in GT & MT Channel sales, preferably from Snacking, Biscuits, Impulse Category (last 1 - 2 years in ASM/Supervisory role)
2. Commercial acumen - well versed with margin, taxation, FMCG pricing structure, debit/credit ledger etc.
3. Well versed with MT operations in terms of PO generation, Supply Appointments, Merchandising etc. (DMART, Reliance Retail, Metro C&C, Natures Basket, Foodhall, Swiggy etc.)
4. Well versed with GT operations in terms of Beat/Route Planning, Distributor Appointment, Distribution expansion, Driving team efficiency, Stock planning etc
5. Distributor management experience GT/MT
6. Team management experience
7. Solution & data focused / orientation
8. Analytical
9. Well versed with M/S Office (Excel, PPT, etc)
10. Vendor Management Experience
11. Excellent Communication Skills.
- Candidate should from Food Industry (Biscuit, Namkeen, Chips etc but not from beverages)
