- Sales & Distribution in charge for company's products for the assigned area. - Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking. - Setting up meetings with potential clients. - Selling of company's products by establishing contacts, leveraging on existing contact and developing relationships with prospects - Identifying distributors and other business opportunities in designated area - Monitoring distributors inventory both in terms of SKU's and age of inventory. - Merchandising & display of companies- products - MBA degree would be preferred. - The candidate must be adept at sales and distribution planning and should have handled a team in the past and in his current role. - Prior experience of a minimum of 4 years in General Trade in FMCG - Experience working on a Sales Force Automation system would be an advantage. The candidate should be able to use data analysis to support business planning and monitor performance.
