- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the Sales Force Team of 60 members including Salesmen, Team Leaders, ASEs & Promoters; setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team
- Designing trade scheme for maximum customer engagement; conducting periodic meetings in order to brief on daily workflow, prioritizing & delegating to the team in order to meet deadlines & customer needs
- Performing distributor health check & ROI management; administering Distributor Salvage Management & Claim Settlement
- Driving profitability through range selling; monitoring KPIs regularly; monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
- Devising business strategies to ensure company sales targets and profitability are achieved or exceeded, including rigorous prospecting activities to further ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
- Maintaining long & lasting relationships with channel partners and key customers to ensure orders inflow at expected intervals
- Administering outlet addition, retention & designing outlet program; executing credit check & recovery management from distributors
