Experience in Sales person from FMCG industry
1. Sales planning and Primary & Secondary objective meeting
2. Territory and Distribution (DB) Management
3. Salesman resourcing, development and efficiency management
4. BTL activity management (Trade Scheme, Visibility drive, Coverage, New launches and Brand promotional activity etc.)
5. Sales and distribution effectiveness and hygiene (Implementation of company system & policies at DB and Market level)
6. Category management and Competitiveness
7. Cost Management
Target company : You can target Companies like Charak, Delta Pharma, CTC above 15 L for Ayurveda mandates.Himalaya, Dabur, Vicco, Emami, and other Ayurveda companies
