Sales Management
- To plan and achieve the sales and distribution targets.
- Ensure collection of payments (Debtors management, DWC collections) and speedy settlement of customer claims
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and control sales waste(managing SDR)
- Motivate the franchised W/s by ensuring their profitability (Pipeline management, TOI management)
- To implement trade marketing activities in order to develop business
2. Talent Management
- Facilitate and support training for the field force. Active role in developing their Skills.
- To identify good talent and develop atleast for higher responsibility in the short term.
- To identify talent in market (attract talent /prelim interviews for recruitment)
3. Distribution Enhancement
- Achieve the distribution targets (enhance distribution)
4. Generate MIS regarding the area and report to RSO
5. Handle Legal Issues, PFA issues, packaging defects etc
