Job Purpose:
- Responsible for achieving monthly primary & secondary sales target with in area.
- Managing distributors and supervising the functioning of member sales and merchandising team.
- Responsible for increasing distribution reach, SKU range per outlet and daily sales call productivity.
- Responsible for appointment of new distributors, TSI, PSM, Merchandiser & infrastructure development
- Deliver on the job coaching to territory sales in charge & sales man to improve the selling skills in Market
- Plan & effectively implement promotions, customer programs, trade schemes, new product launches.
- Implementation of handheld device, timely stock supply in market & running merchandising campaigns.
- Build customer relationship through customer programs across sales channels & build customer loyalty.
Job specification:
MBA/PGDBM from Premier institute with 3+ years of experience (2007-2010 passout) with FMCG Experience
CTC-15-16 Lakh
