Area Sales Manager - FMCG

Hiring for One of the most aspiring and rapidly growing 1500 Cr. FMCG company extensively into the Personal Care products like soaps, toiletries, personal care products, baby care products, wellness products,.It has 15 manufacturing units in China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam and has state of the art Research & Development and Innovation Centers in India and Malaysia. The company has a talent base of over 10,000+ people from 15 different nationalities. Women employees constitute nearly 60% of the total work force.

As an ASM Based in Coimbatore, the candidate will be looking after nearby 8 zones/Half of Tamil Nadu and will be responsible for overlooking the sales contribution through the General Trade channel in the given area.

The client is also hiring PAN India for the ASM Role across multiple locations.

Must have criteria:

- Good exposure in sales and Distribution

- Tamil Language (for Coimbatore only)

- At least 2-3 years of experience as ASM

- Candidate should be from these Premier Institutes.

- Candidates must be very excellent at defining Marketing Strategy and Sales .

- Who are competent enough to beat existing market and able to introduce the client's products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area

- People Management - Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners.

- Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.

- Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.

- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.

- Managing Depot - ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues.

- Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting

Skills:

- Fluent in English & Tamil language(only for Coimbatore)

- Good exposure in sales and Distribution
