Area Sales Manager - FMCG

We have an urgent opening for the position of Area Sales Manager (Haryana & Rajasthan) based out of Gurgaon in one of the leading FMCG company.

Experience : 3-12 Yrs

Job Profile :

- Candidate should have work experience of any of the state (Haryana or Rajasthan)

- Monitor the daily sales of the Area to ensure that the sales targets are met on time

- Split the target for the territory keeping in mind the historical trends and future expectations

- Increase the Distribution in the area so as to increase the distribution reach of the company.

- Decision regarding the use of budget within the territory

- Plan and execute the promotional activities of the company in the Area

- People development and Field Force Management and act as a bridge between the management and the customers

Qualification : MBA (Premier Institute)
