Position - Area Sales Manger

Reports To - Regional Sales Manager
Location - Chennai
Experience required :- 2 - 6 years with FMCG Industries.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve company objectives by providing them proper training and direction. To build good infrastructure preparing the Area for development projects.
Major Accountabilities:
- Area Infrastructure planning
- Sales forecasting
- Sales Plan Implementation
- Key account management
- Managing Rural opportunities
- Training and development
- Third party management
- Promotion planning and monitoring
Potential Challenges
- Establishing Nutella as a strong brand
- Taking Chennai to a new high on Distribution and Visibility
- Adding more Dos
- Training Dos and retaining them for a longer period.
- WS expansion with some more aggressiveness.
- Standalone supermarket with separate focus and bringing all the stand alone under Key accounts.
