Looking for Area Sales Manager for Rest of Maharashtra, Candidate currently at ASM Level from Premier B-School from 2009 or 2010 pass out only apply

1. Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area

2. Handling Rest of Maharashtra

3. People Management – Maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners.

4. Managing Team – Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.

5. Driving LSP, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.

6. Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.

7. Managing Depot – ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issue.

8. Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS handling

Years of ex : 2 to 5 years

CTC : 10 to 18 lpa depending upon the profile.
