Area Sales Manager - Leading FMCG Organisation
Opportunity is with leading FMCG organisation.
Location: Ghaziabad/Chennai/Hyderabad/Ahmedabad
Designation: Area Sales Manager
Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales and distribution targets by effective implementation of area sales & development plans.
- Define allocation of sales targets to the different territories in consultation with RM based on clear understanding of calendar of inputs/market growth/category growth.
- Implement sales strategy to achieve targets through analysis of Nielson & internal data of various markets.
- Execute and track distribution expansion by class of towns, type of OLs and category as per plan and take corrective action, wherever required.
- Execute specific promotions like exhibitions, sampling, in-store activities etc in Key A/Cs and Modern Trade.
Experience :
- Preferably MBA from Premier with 3 Yrs years of Sales experience in FMCG companies at Supervisory Level.
- Hands on experience in handling key accounts and Modern trade.
