Area Sales Manager - FMCG

The incumbent should be an MBA from Premiere institutes i.e. IIM (A,B,C,L,K), FMS Delhi, MDI, IIFT, XLRI, SJMSOM, SPJIMR, DMSIIT Delhi, VGSOM IIT Kharagpur from the pass out batch of 2020 / 2021. Should have Sales and Distribution experience in a reputed FMCG Company.

FMCG industry experience is must for this role.

JOB Specs :

- To develop profitable new business and grow existing base by selecting, coaching, training the team .

- To achieve planned volume through optimal use of promotional budget

- To maintain and further consolidate the high share by keeping the competition at bay and driving GTM transition

- To formulate strategy to gain share from brands

- To generate planned volume from rural markets
