Area Sales Manager - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
ASM-Chhatisgarh & ASM-Hubli (North Karnataka)

Reporting to - Branch Head (P&LHead of the Western region)
Team-Team : Area Sales Manager, Sales IT, Zone Sales Development Support Team, Capability Team
Managing sales fora a region covering annual turnover of 100Cr+ through a team of ASEs, sales officers who lead a front team offline executives through channel partners servicing outlets across Urban and rural geographies
Business Planning :
- Setting region wise business objectives for the year, quarter and month
- Creation and execution of a blueprint towards building a future ready sales organization both short term and long-term.
- Handle complete budgets for the region and custodian of getting best ROTI (Return on Trade Investments)
- Work closely with marketing and sales team to build brand trade playbooks, scheme structures, and design redistribution packs to gain indirect distribution /Market Share- Work with Shopper Team to design and Handle all channel loyalty programs
- Planning of all New Product Launches and rapid value/distn scale up
- Work closely with analytic partner teams
