Area Sales Manager - FMCG

The opening is with a leading FMCG Group .

Job Location : Ahmedabad (Handling west zone )

Qualification : MBA- Batch (2011 or 2012 batch)

KEY RESULT AREAS:

- To develop Business & to achieve sales Target in the respective Territory

- To ensure proper utilisation of distributors network for Optimum penetration.

- To identify Potential future distributors & new adjoining markets.

- To ensure market presence is maintained thru proper distributor & merchandiser & Proper Utilisation of BTL Budgets

- To track pipelines and makes rectifications to maintained specified norms.

- Identifies breakages/ expiries/ damaged stocks and ensures that they are processed as per specified norms.

- Responsible for ensuring timely payments from various parties.

- Ensures that stockist claims are settled within the prescribed period as per the corporate norms and guidelines.

- Ensures that the distributor adheres to the specified company norms pertaining to stocks ,Payment, distribution etc.
