Area Sales Manager - FMCG

We are looking for ASM for MNC FMCG Company

- Deliver sales and distribution targets as per objectives

- Analyze market share / distribution trends and co-relate with sales performance to design key inputs / sales force incentives for the year.

- Identify distribution/coverage gaps and design cost efficient strategy to improve market coverage.

-Train and develop a team of sales professionals and 80 distributors across multiple channels.

We are looking for ASM with FMCG experience, premier B school

Salary Range: 10 - 30 LPA
